one the esplanade now offers a choice between standard and deluxe apartments, all the apartments have had renovations with the deluxe apartments being most recently renovated with all new fixtures and fittings, also air conditioning is available on request and subject to availability. The generous sized one and two bedroom apartments are fully self-contained including full kitchen facilities with fridge, oven and microwave as well as washing machine and clothes dryer, also free cable TV and large north facing balconies. The 2 bedroom apartments also have 2 bathrooms.

Just walk out the gate and you are on the golden sands of Surfers Paradise, which is a patrolled surf beach.
