“We just spent a week here with our one year old son and thoroughly enjoyed it.
The managers Chris and Judy are very friendly and knowledgeable of the local area and nothing seems like too much trouble. We had an excellent experience from booking our stay right through to checking out.
The apartment and grounds were immaculate and it was very evident that great pride is taken in maintaining the entire property to a high standard.
We had Excellent views from the apartment, the pool was a good size and temperature, the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the direct beach access and not having to cross the busy road.
We have stayed in Surfers Paradise many times and can honestly say we will stay at ‘One’ again, we will definitely be back.”

“Fantastic holiday destination for all ages… perfect for couples as well as families due the property’s modest size. Immaculate property inside and out, well equiped rooms with unbeatable views and location. The hospitality was 2nd to none (huge thanks and shout out to the amazing hosts Chris & Judy… they couldn’t do enough to help)! Direct access to a patrolled beach from our poolside lounges providing the best of 2 worlds. Cannot beat ‘One’! Will be back 4 sure!”

“Nick & I always find this place so beautiful, so for our 50th Anniversary we decided to do a 3 night cruise Sydney – Surfers & then spent one week here. We have been coming for several years & find the managers Judy & Chris always very helpful. Where else can you get this view? We would highly recommend One The Esplanade!”

Lay in bed, watch the ocean. Sit on the lounge or recliner, watch the ocean. Make a coffee in the kitchen, watch the ocean. We just loved our stay.”

“Apartments are recently refurbished. Clean and modern, bedding excellent. Flat screen TV, all kitchen appliances, beautiful views of the surf and treed walkway to Cavill Ave. Great pool and BBQ area. Managers Chris and Judy are very friendly and helpful.”
