Our Gold Coast Beach Resort is quite literally on the beach. At One the Esplanade you can access the beach from the gate of our pool area. There’s no roads to cross, once the gate is open the beach is right there.

Not only is this a beach lovers dream, One the Esplanade is so very close to the heart of Surfer Paradise too. Wander out and start at The Paradise Centre, on the corner of Surfers Paradise Boulevard and Cavill Avenue and Mall, opposite Surfers Paradise Beach. Daytime or night time this is part of Surfers is always awake.
Cavill Mall has shops, nightclubs, bars, and fast food outlets, with the street recently having undergone some landscaping making the strip in front of the beach a lot smarter. There’s plenty of surf art and buskers performing in the street at night. Surfers Paradise real heart and soul can be found down the side streets and alleyways, where cheap and delicious Asian eateries, surfboard shops, T-Shirt stores and secret nightclub entrances can be found.
Further afield are the famous Gold Coast theme parks. Ten minutes drive away is Seaworld on Main Beach. This amazing marine park offers a once in a lifetime encounter with ocean wildlife and exciting rides for all family members. The other theme parks can be found in and around the suburb of Oxenford, a thirty minute drive away. Dreamworld, White Water World, Warners Movieworld and Wet n Wild are all nearby.
