Policy and terms and conditions regarding Schoolies
Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual “Schoolies Week” period. The property does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.”
All guests must be over 21yrs.
Guests Occupancy
Maximum occupancy 1 bedroom apartment – 2 persons.
Maximum occupancy 2 bedroom apartment – 4 persons.
Please note rates are for a minimum 3 night stay, or as specified in the booking display. Rates are for 4 people in 2 bedroom apartment or 2 people in a 1 bedroom apartment.

Check-in time 2.00 p.m.
Check-out time 10.00 a.m.
After-Hours Check-in is Available – Please contact the property prior to arrival for late arrival procedure.
Booking & Deposit Policy
A preauthorisation security bond of $250 is required by credit/debit card on arrival.
Full payment 7 days prior to arrival in low season

Cancellation Up to 14 days prior to arrival a 5% fee on refundable deposit

Cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival $50 cancellation Fee
